Michael W. Provines, M.D., WynnGevity, and Wynn Medical operate a cash-pay physician practice. We do not accept insurance assignment. Certain laboratories, diagnostics, and medications may be covered by your current health insurance plan.

Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after a formal consultation and mutual agreement to proceed with care.
